Choose some photographs you wish to combine.

To apply some filter effects to the background image, select the "Filter Gallery..." command from the "Filter" menu and try some of the different settings.

Next, paint over where you wish to select, using the "Selection Brush".

Copy-paste the selection into the background image, select a frame in the "Effects" palette, and click "Apply".

Now that you've finished creating the overall image, next we'll add your message.

Highlight the text, and click the "Create Warped Text" button in the options bar. Then, select "Flag" from the "Style" menu, and adjust "Bend" to "+60%".

To give the text a metallic look, apply the "Brush Metal" effect from the "Effects" palette.

Scribble in your handwriting signature with the "Brush Tool". Apply a "Wow-Chrome" layer style to the handwriting letters, and the card is done !!
