Qualification

Creative freelancers worldwide. |

Every participant could compete in both categories (Flash 4-box Anime and Original Portrait); only one work is allowed to be submitted for each category. |

All works must be unpublished anywhere in the world. |

Participants must use the application form from http://www.dci.org.tw to submit work. |
